The mission of PD&A is to design hotels that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, with furnishings and finishes that are durable and easily maintained. And, of paramount importance to our clients, we achieve these goals, while working within the perimeters of our clients budget. We always have a designer present on certain phases of the installation to insure that all design expectations are met.

Design & Specification Services
PD&A has a very talented staff to create a design concept from beginning to end. PD&A works with the architect and construction team to provide a comprehensive specifiction book and finish schedule.

Purchasing
PD&A has a well trained staff to complete your FF&E purchasing needs from wallcovering to upholstery to casegoods.

Shipping and Receiving
Along with you purchasing needs, you will be provided a shipping and receiving schedule. PD&A will expedite all FF&E items purchased by PD&A to ensure an ontime delivery to the jobsite. PD&A understands how critical deliveries can be to the opening of a hotel. PD&A works closely with the installer and contruction team to make sure all deliveries are on time.

Installation
A designer is always on site during the installation process from guestroom set up to the installation of the common area. PD&A understand's how critical it is for a design concept to be carried out.
